Dude that game is WWF Wrestlefest.. Actually i still play that game from time to time not on the arcades but on my Modified XBOX., I've hacked it so i can play the Legion of Doom

BTW there's a new wrestling game coming out for ps2 in Japan. it's Wrestle Kingdom, made by the same guys who make Smackdown and Rumble Roses. It will feature a lot of Japanese puroresu guys (obviously), and get this, Brock Lesnar!
