Nowadays, top contenders are able to get gold, even if it's just a couple of weeks to run with it. It was a rarity back in the days, however. Who in your opinion is the greatest to NEVER win the title?

I think the Million Dollar Man would of been a great Heavyweight Champion, and Virgil would of helped make sure he kept the title too, or even Andre during a time when he was with the Million Dollar Man.

It's a toss-up between Owen Hart and Mr. Perfect but I'd say its Mr. Perfect because he had the better "promo" or showmanship.

I would have liked Dibiase or Henning with the strap. Both were very good wrestlers, and were filled with charisma. Razor Ramon in WWF no. I dont think his character would have been a good champion. But as Scott Hall he would be great. Roddy Piper also should have held the strap. He reaked with charisma, his battles with Hulk Hogan are infamous. And Owen hart is a great wrestler, but I cant picture him headling shows with the strap.
